Удаление бородавок жидким азотом – это современный метод избавления от образования. Газ при температуре 190°-200°С обжигает ткани кожи, вызывая отмирание, не оставляя следов. Процедура лечения безопасна, безболезненна.

Бородавки – доброкачественные опухолевые образования, появляются вследствие заражения ВПЧ (вируса папилломы человека). Ороговевший нарост на коже с выпуклой или плоской структурой. Удаление с помощью жидкого азота помогает избавиться от наростов навсегда, воздействует на верхние слои, корневую систему.

Криодеструкция имеет минусы – она неточна, проводится только после тщательно исследования у врача.

Игнорирование диагностики влечет последствия в виде перерождения, озлокачествления образования.

  • вместе с бородавкой страдает 1-2 мм здоровой кожи вокруг;
  • нельзя стопроцентно рассчитать глубину заморозки – корень нароста может остаться неповрежденным;
  • время восстановления – не меньше 1,5 месяца;
  • крупные образования лечатся в 2-4 сеанса;
  • после операции образуется волдырь.

Криотерапия в медицине стоит на одной планке с лазерным удалением по эффективности. Ее назначают врачи, выбирают многие пациенты.

  • низкий риск заражения вирусом или инфекцией;
  • не остается следов, нарывов, шрамов;
  • исключается кровотечение;
  • лечит крупные, мелкие наросты.

Как происходит процедура криодеструкции

Перед прижиганием бородавок жидким азотом пациенту необходимо обследоваться с целью определить характер образования. Перерожденный нарост нельзя удалять таким способом. Организм проверяется на наличии инфекций, свидетельствующих о пониженном иммунитете.

Если условий для отложения операции нет, врач проводит процедуру.

  1. Бородавку обрабатывают антисептиком (если стопа – снимается ороговевшая кожа).
  2. Подготавливают сосуд с жидким азотом, палочку с ватным наконечником.
  3. Палочку макают в газ, быстро прикладывают к наросту.
  4. После 2-3 манипуляций, обработанное место смачивается дезинфицирующим раствором.

По необходимости вместо палочки с ватным наконечником может использоваться охлаждающий спрей, аппликатор или игла. Спрей распыляется на площадь образования, замораживая верхние слои кожи. Игла прокалывается в кожу через бородавку, передает холод от жидкого азота.

Все способы криодеструкции эффективны, уместны, когда палочкой добраться до места нароста невозможно. Может быть нос, где нужна высокая точность, между пальцами рук, на пятке, ступне, лице, руках, возле ногтей.

Можно ли замораживать в домашних условиях препаратами

Теоретически удалять подошвенные бородавки жидким азотом можно самостоятельно. Нужны препараты с мумифицирующим действием, специальные ампулы с жидким азотом. Приобрести их можно в обычной аптеке, фармацевт может потребовать персональный рецепт от врача.

Заморозку бородавки самостоятельно средством вартнер крио проводят следующим образом:

  1. Кожу с наростом нужно размягчить в теплой воде (5-10 минут).
  2. Пилкой снять ороговевшую кожу.
  3. Вставляем аппликатор (маленький круглый флакон) в держатель.
  4. Держатель кладем на флакон, нажимаем до появления шипения.
  5. Ждем 20 секунд, прикладываем дымящийся аппликатор к наросту на 30-40 секунд.
  6. Крупное образование обработать 2-3 раза.

Для фиксации, дезинфицирования после процедуры можно применить солкодерм. Раствор ускорит избавление от омертвевших тканей, снизит вероятность осложнений.

Замораживать кондиломы, родинки, папилломы и бородавки самостоятельно не рекомендуется. Если новообразование зудит, растет, уплотняется или гноится – налицо признаки рака. Нужно быстро обратиться за помощью к специалисту.

Больно ли удалять бородавки азотом и сколько времени занимает

Болезненность процедуры зависит от ее продолжительности, размеров образования. Большинство пациентов испытывает легкое покалывание и жжение как последствие холодного ожога. Если наросты расположены на подошве стопы, ладонях, процедура может вызвать боль. Такая локализация требует большего надавливания, длительной заморозки. Боль от воздействия жидкого азота терпима и сравнима с легким ожогом. Больше дискомфорта доставит послеоперационная реабилитация, стопы, руки находятся в постоянном напряжении. На время схода пузырька и отставания корки (2-3 недели) пациент лишается трудоспособности вплоть до постельного режима, чтобы не нагружать кожу на ноге.

В среднем криотерапия длится 2-3 минуты. Бородавка бледнеет, уплотняется, дерма вокруг нее краснеет, воспаляется. Через 48 часов будет очерчен волдырь, сравнимый с тем, что появляется после обычного ожога. Он быстро сходит и через 7 дней образуется корочка. В отдельных случаях дерма чернеет, проходит уже на 2 неделю.

Последний этап восстановления наступает через 1-1,5 месяца. В случаях с осложнениями реабилитация занимает до полугода. Сократить время схода образования и усилить эффект заживления поможет правильный уход.

Уход за раной после выжигания

Сразу после выжигания рану можно обработать салициловым спиртом. Снизит риск инфицирования, уменьшит отечность пузыря от накопления геморрагической жидкости.

Для ускорения восстановления после криотерапии необходимо:

  • изолировать кожу от длительного солнечного света;
  • не допускать самовольного лопания пузыря;
  • не мочить корку до полного ее отваливания;
  • не убирать корку самостоятельно;
  • не использовать косметику, если нарост расположен на лице;
  • не носить плотную и натирающую одежду, не тереть мочалкой, избегать травмирования участка (в заполненном метро);
  • обрабатывать салициловым спиртом или провести курс фукорцина;
  • не употреблять гормональных препаратов, не использовать сильнодействующих медикаментов, таблеток, народных лекарств, мазей без показания врача.

Дополнительно можно употреблять витаминные комплексы. Перед применением нужно ознакомиться с дозировками в инструкции. Задача – усилить иммунитет и снизить риск перерождения бородавки.

Противопоказания и возможные последствия

Все противопоказания к применению жидкого азота сводятся к состоянию иммунитета и выводимой бородавки. Ослабленный организм может счесть резкое отмирание клеток как новую угрозу. Тогда участок будет загнаиваться, отекать, надуваться и воспаляться. Избежать можно путем поддержания иммунитета.

Криозаморозка противопоказана при:

  • воспалительных процессах в теле;
  • инфекционных заболеваниях;
  • наличии онкологических заболеваний;
  • злокачественном наросте;
  • эпилепсии;
  • сахарном диабете, анемии, других болезнях крови;
  • беременности.

Криодеструкцию для ребенка назначают с 15 лет.

Восстановление может осложняться:

  • чрезмерным увеличением серозного волдыря;
  • изменением цвета дермы на черный;
  • перерождением бородавки;
  • попаданием инфекции под корку;
  • появлением шрама или рубца.

В 9 из 10 случаев криодеструкция бородавок безопасна и эффективна. Спустя неделю после сеанса на коже остается небольшая мягкая корочка. Через 1-2 месяца от образования не останется следов. Процедура безболезненна, занимает не больше 3 минут.

Для предотвращения осложнений необходимо проводить манипуляции только после осмотра, по назначению врача.
